INFORMATION FOR BUYERS AND TERMS

The total purchase price to be paid by a bidder will be the sum of the final bid plus the auction commission or house commission (18% for bids or 20% for the acquisition after the auction of unsold lots), together with any tax legal or applicable sales tax (for graphic or plastic works by authors who are alive or under 70 years of age after the death of the author and with an auction price of more than €800, the Intellectual Property Law 2/2019, art. 24, requires to apply a scaled resale right, usually 4%).

Please look carefully at all photos as they are an integral part of the description. Any defect not mentioned in the descriptions but visible in the photos will be considered as described and cannot give rise to any claim. The dimensions are given as an indication and may differ slightly from the measurements mentioned by the manufacturers.

 

The photos are not retouched, but the colors may differ from reality and the brightness and angle of light may vary the appearance of the pieces. Regarding watches and other mechanical or electronic elements, we cannot guarantee the correct operation, precision, or watertightness of the case, even when we report the state of the parts, to the best of our knowledge and belief. In case of doubt, we advise you to consult us before placing the bid. Lots are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. Once the bidder wins the bid, whether in the room or online, the offer cannot be cancelled.
